Can everyone figure out their ingredient and form a complete banana split?
Human Banana Split is a group team-building activity and icebreaker game that gets a large group of people mingling and talking. In this activity, you cut apart the "Human Banana Split" ingredient cards and tape one ingredient from each banana split set to the back of a participant. Each player tries to figure out which ingredient they are by mingling and asking the other participants yes or no questions. For example, you might ask "Am I a topping?". Once a player has figured out exactly what they are, then they must attempt to group up with other players to complete a "Human Banana Split" or a full set of banana split ingredients. You can make this competitive by seeing who can create a banana split group first or by setting a time limit to challenge the whole group to form into groupings before time is up! You can choose to play with all 12 ingredients or eliminate some to create smaller banana split groups. This activity can be adapted to fit your needs and group size.

HOW TO PLAY...
Determine how many people will be playing in your large group, decide how many banana split ingredients you want to play with (how many ingredients per banana split group), and do some math to determine how many sheets to print and cut out.
Tape a card to the back of each participant. Be sure that you distribute full sets of banana splits (same amount of ingredients in each banana split set) so that the entire large group can break down and pair up into complete banana splits.
Use the Instruction sheet to understand and explain how the game works.
Determine a time limit prior to starting (optional)
Start the activity and let people mingle.
Each person will ask others yes or no questions to try and figure out what ingredient they are.
Once a player knows their card, they will attempt to locate and pair up with other ingredients/players in order to form a complete banana split.
