Support personal wellness with a monthly BINGO challenge!
Wellness BINGO is a challenge in which participants work to complete wellness-related activities to get a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal BINGO by the end of the month. Activities come from a variety of wellness categories including mental, physical, social, emotional, and more. This is a great long-term wellness challenge to do with a team or co-workers who want to focus on improving their overall personal wellness. Each participant can attempt to get a BINGO on their own individual card. Support each other and try to get as many team members to a BINGO or blackout as possible. You could also form small groups to compete against each other to see which group can cross off the most squares each month.

HOW TO PLAY...
Print off and distribute copies of the exact same BINGO card to all participants so everyone is playing with the same card.
Over the course of a month participants will try to complete wellness challenges on the card in order to get a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal BINGO...just mark them off on the card as you complete them.
There are 12 unique cards, enough to do a monthly year-long wellness challenge
Tip: for an extra hard challenge, participants can try to get a blackout and do every single wellness challenge on their card in a month.
