Decision Quest: Shipwrecked is a printable team building game & icebreaker activity for small groups. As a survivor of a shipwreck, you will make group decisions during timed story rounds in an effort to acquire survival rations and signal for rescue. This group activity takes roughly 20-30 minutes.
This printable download is set up as a PDF file for printing on standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper.
The digital download comes with a story sheet that you'll read aloud to participants. Each round on the story sheet puts players into a situation where they have limited time to make group decisions. At the conclusion of the activity, each group's decisions and a "lucky dice" roll will ultimately determine whether your attempt at rescue was successful. Choices will affect the story outcome.

HOW TO PLAY...
Create groups of 3-5 people who will play as a team.
Follow the Instructions Sheet to prepare for and lead the activity.
Facilitator will read aloud a round from the story sheet and groups will be required to make decisions for that round within a specific amount of time.
Groups will utilize different handouts and cutouts at different points of the story.
At the end, groups will use the Final Outcome sheet to determine their "success rate" and ultimately their story ending.
Give each group a chance to discuss how their story played out as well as how communication and decision-making progressed during the activity.
