Daily Habits Tracker consists of a circle tracker that has rings to track up to 10 daily habits. Color in the appropriate circle at the top of the sheet to indicate which month it is and fill in the blank spaces in the circle with the habits you’d like to track. Numbers along the outside ring of the tracker indicate the days of the month (up to 31 days). Every day that you complete your task or habit, color in the appropriate rectangle.
Daily Reflection is a worksheet you can use at the end of the day to reflect on what inspired you, what you accomplished, and what was difficult for you throughout your day. Reflection practice gives you the opportunity to really consider and process your day so you can be grateful for the positivity and progress that may have occurred and hopefully learn from any difficulty you encountered.
Daily Gratitude is a chart you can use across the course of a week to track things you’re grateful for. Each day, write down three things you experienced that made you feel positive or grateful. Recognizing what we’re grateful for can help us feel more fulfilled and improve our overall mental health.
